OFFICER Blackhawk for MMO

We wish to nominate Blackhawk to the position of MMO, he has been acting as the defacto MMO for a number of years now as the most senior delegate within the office he is ideally suited to assume the role. He is also a core contributor to Olsen's. We can think of no better candidate to submit to the role.
