Tell me what you think.

This is based on the current prerequisites and made the categories myself.

Nice but I think its a little confusing. If you don't mind I might give it a try with my organizational skills

It is confusing. Hence, work in progress. Please go ahead.

My personal opinion, I would like to see leadership courses seperated from specialized courses. Utilizing special procedures, TTP's and equipment should be in a "specialized" category. As Fireteam lead, Squad and Platoon are generally considered track progression in the Military they should be categorized by itself.

I would also group some of the Basic and Advanced courses together I.E. Rotary wing, Fixed wing being a basic operations course for that roll.

Just food for thought.

Oh Fluffer you steal my thunder.

B/CQB - FTL - MOUT - SL. You specializing in MOUT here?

And you be quiet down there in the peanut gallery.

Different colors for the lines. The eye gets lost where the lines leaving from Nav, FTOps, and RTO intersect. Perhaps give the line leaving from each root a different color. For example, all the lines off of Nav are red, all the lines off of FTOps are green, and all the lines off of RTO are blue.

HAHA

Goodstuff Ruben, I was thinking of making something like this using a Google Doc or some sort of spreadsheet but this graphic is a good idea.

It looks nice Ruben, my suggestions would be that I wouldn't have thought that mortars belong in "Specialized / Specialised", plus using the word: specialised doesn't necessarily mean it's more complex but your image implies that it is. Also, I think basic CQB should be under basic rather than advanced.

I like the idea. Here's a [very crude] sketch of how it'd look in my mind (either this or the same image but upside down):

Obs:

- in the sketch I didn't double check the requirements and only followed your drawing. I've noticed, for example, that the requisite of FTOC for FTL is missing.

- I left mortars/arty aside on purpose, just to speed up the sketch.

I'm sure it can be made much clearer.

Ok sorry for the delay. RL got in the way.

This is really a moving target as the course syllabus has changed since I worked on this. This moves you along the progression of the different "career" paths.

RTO and LandNav are considered basic courses as famil and are both prereqs for almost every other course btw, not specialized courses as shown here
