  7. Yes. I have limited time, and the more people working on projects the better. I've worked with Blue on a couple of things in a PRO capacity and found him easy to work with as well.
  8. Hello, it's me again. In just over a year we have managed 5 WW2 events here at UO, which is more in such a space of time than we have ever managed before, in both Arma 2 and 3. However next year I'd like to increase the momentum. We've had cross community events the last couple of times, and while they are fun, and allow us to play larger missions with more numbers, I'd like to do some internal events as well. These internal WW2 events are fairly easy to set up, except for one big hurdle, having the missions. We often go through anywhere between 6 to 12 missions per event, and we always need more. urrnetly we really lack good missions in the 20 to 70 players range. To that end I'd request that anyone who is interested in more WW2 events and think they can make missions, look into it. Further I'm looking into Vietnam events and campaign events. I need help with these as well, I'm only a single person and the more help the better. In addition to the above events, if you are someone, regular or member with an idea for an event you want and you would be able to work on, please contact me, and I will be more than happy to look at assisting in getting your idea up and running. If there is any interest in any of the above mentioned, please message me on discord where we can discuss further. If you are new to mission making that's fine. Quaility control is important to these events, but there are many tools and resources to assist people starting out, and oppotunity for even small scale missions to be used.

  10. Thank you for those that came to play today. Apologies for the shortned nature of the event and some of the missions, this was due to a lesser player count than expected. Missions played were; IFCO31 Thunder Snow - we started off with our Foy recreation, with a hasty attack on the town. I managed to avoid doing a Lt Dike, but got killed once in the town. IFCO29 Flak Guns - Not much to say about this one, I enjoyed moving through the various German postiosn. The little ambush at the end by the AI on us was impressive. IFCOTVT54 Little Wawel - We changed up the first mission played due to the player count. I had fun, sadly our intial postion was untenable and we had to fall back to the castle. The castle collapsing was quite funny, but gutted the defence. However I was witness to the highlight of the mission, which was Cephi shooting down a Stuka with an anti tank rifle. IFTVT85 Nos Amis - I was a medic for this one, but got pressed into being a rifleman at the end. The mission was quite open, but I thought there was some good movement and engagments between both sides. IFCO88 Clash at Mount Chavue - A long mission, which I think needed more focus, but I did have fun clearing the various compounds of enemies. Despite my usual tendancy to die, I managed to survive several close calls with the enemy, mainly by having Cunnah being in front and take the bullet for me. IFVTVT80 Hold Fast - We playd this seriously undercount, and just as a simple attack/defend. Unfortuantly the end conditons fritzed, so it ended before it could get good. I hope everyone had fun. In the new year I'll look towards creating some new ww2 events, with some new missions that we can all enjoy.
  11. Event Info: We will again play four missions with our friends from Arma Coop Corps. This will allow us to play several larger missions as they will be bringing 20 to 30 players. Step 2: Post in this thread that you've filled out the form. (This helps the PRO gauge numbers at a glance, and makes visitors to the community aware of the scale of the event as well) Mission Info: We will play four official missions with Arma Coop Corps. These are in order of play; IFCO85 - Echoes of Salerno - An American mechanised force pushes off the beach to attack German postions during the invasion of Sicily. IFCO88 - Clash at Mont Chauve - Canadian troops push forward in against German postions IFTVT85 - Nos Amis - French Resistance attacks a POW camp defended by the SS Following the main missions, if people are still up to play, we will transition to the WW2 mission list with over 40 missions! We also have reserve missions depending on if there is overslotting from both communities.
